Personale cortese. Bagno ben accessoriato. Cucina accessoriata, secondo le aspettative. Balcone, dotato di stendini, con bella vista, su Castiglioncello. Posto auto, secondo le aspettative. Il personale ci ha accolto, all'esterno.

Non c'era un tavolo, all'Interno: all'esterno, c'era un tavolo, ma non si poteva portare all'interno, perchè era troppo pesante e dotato di superficie, in vetro. Raccolta differenziata, a sufficienza.

Le quartier plein d'arbres et très tranquille. Le décor vraiment bien réussi.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass an dem Vierbett-Zimmer ein eigener kleiner Balkon gelegen war. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und warm gestaltet.

Das einzige was dem Aufenthalt einen Dämpfer verpasst hat, war die fehlende Klimaanlage.

L'ambiente è molto bello e tranquillo, ci sono molte piante e la cucina è completamente attrezzata.

Luogo molto bello zona fresca, c'è molta pace e silenzio e vicino al mare .ci sono tutti i confort e accessori.ottimo

Very friendly and attentive/responsive host. I loved the sea view and location on top of the hill. Far enough from the main road and yet short walk down the hill to the beach, the shops, or the station through the park. I enjoyed the quiet vibe of the property, Marcello's little library, and privacy, although other guests were in the room underneath mine. Private bathroom and kitchenette. This little town is truly enchanting!

Fantastic location just blocks from the beach and city center. The grounds are beautiful with large pines and pretty garden. The facilities are clean and very comfortable. We were in the upper apartment and it was airy with large windows and ocean views. Marcello is very nice and the perfect host. He gave us a box of delicious plums when we left. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel at home, this is it!
