Quiet ...Breakfast first class, hostess really nice & helpful

We were in a room with 2 single beds, not much room. Would try & get a double room next time

I especially. liked the young Couple, very sociable, never too busy, very kind and helpful. Told us what was about locally, where to visit. Great bus service just round the corner. Quiet, and good for parking, which was great, being Summer and very busy

The staff was lovely and very helpful. Room was spacious.

Thought I had booked BnB with booking.com , but it was room only.

Easy to find. On street parking. Close to beach. Room clean. Comfortable bed. Room layout had to be sympathetic to the building. This worked well as the bay window housed a table and chairs along with kettle for brews. Bathroom okay size for an overnight. Good storage in the room.

My first impression of the room was the iron mark in the carpet close to the bathroom. Either put a rug down or replace the carpet. The shower was poor - extremely low water pressure AND the head dropped. It is time for a replacement or add something to increase pressure. We could hear the room overhead late on in the evening. Not sure whether it was them being heavy footed or the building carrying noise. We were in room 3.
