"Cozy comfortable stay"

It was very cozy, comfortable and the owners were very welcoming to us, talking to us and asked if we needed anything. We'll definitely stay again there.

"Fine for a few nights."

Parking on street was usually full of cars and basketball hoops taking up parking spaces. The guesthouse shares walls with main house and I could hear voices and loud footsteps up and down stairs. Hosts never came by to meet or greet me properly. Never got TV to work. Couch was uncomfortable and low. Bed was fine. Location was good.

"Horrible! Cold and uncomfortable."

Location was good

The split AC/heat unit in the living room was locked at 72* AC. We were unable to set it to heat. It was about 55* inside. We had to wear our big coats and hats to stay warm, which was very uncomfortable. I called and left voicemail, and texted the numbers provided on the welcome email and in the visitor book in the place, but never got any response. So UNACCEPTABLE !! The sofa bed in the living room was dirty and totally broken down.

Nice quiet safe clean had everything you possibly could need.
