Good position for university & Bath. Spacious comfortable room - super king size bed

Room was perfect, really clean and comfortable. Cherie was a very friendly and helpful host, who gave us advice about buses into Bath and accommodated our late arrival with no problems at all. Communication was excellent. We will definitely return next time we are visiting the area.

Nothing - all good. We didn't have breakfast, so can't vouch for that but lots of options were available if we'd wanted to eat at the property.

Everything, nothing not to like and ideally situated for our visit to Bath university open day 😊 had a lovely chat with Claire the owner, she’s such a lovely host. We didn’t have the breakfast as out to the university the first morning and my son overindulged on a carvery the night before 🤭 would definitely stay there again should he be lucky enough to get a place.

Good location near a good bus line and a reasonable walk to the Avoncliff station if you want to get into Bath. Very comfortable and inviting.

Sehr schön, groß, sehr sauber! Die Lage ideal. Wir sind mit dem Bus nach Bath gefahren. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 4 Minuten.

Das Frühstück ist verhältnismäßig teuer. Aber alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten.

Cherie is an awesome host. This 'annex' unit was super clean and nestled into the backyard with a view of an old Beech tree, it even has a little fridge and kitchenette. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Overall it was an excellent experience.
