Our hosts were so welcoming and kind. They upgraded our room as we were the first guests of the new season which was a nice gesture. Breakfast was perfect, plenty of options and generous quantities. All in all a lovely stay in a very central but quiet location

The hosts were exceptional. We were to arrive late having a long drive and an early start to our continued journey north. The hosts ensured everything was ready for our late arrival and we were served breakfast early to ensure we were on time. I forgot to select our breakfast and we were served a quality feast! Fresh fruit, natural yoghurt, a full scottish breakfast, tea, coffee and a selection of beautiful juices. I MUST tell you how clean, actually immaculate our room was, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable! My daughter & I were thrilled with this B & B and the wonderful friendly hosts! Honestly, the best B&B we have stayed in.

No complaints at all. We were room 9 where the bathroom was separate, but this didn't hinder or bother us at all. The bathroom and shower were immaculate! Great place to stay no complaints at all!

"Lovely hosts and accommodation-Way way better then Premier Inn"

Very clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly.

Only thing was that my bacon was really dried out at breakfast.
