At first, the owner/manager was friendly and welcoming, trying to offer us additional services. However, our experience quickly deteriorated once we got to the room. The bed linen was extremely dirty—honestly quite disgusting—and the air conditioning was not working at all. When we informed the manager, his attitude changed noticeably. He came to the room and insisted that we simply didn’t know how to use the AC properly. He became slightly agitated and told us to wait, as it might take some time to cool down. We explained that it had already been running for a couple of hours with no improvement, but he continued to blame us, saying we hadn’t pressed the correct buttons—despite it being set exactly as he had shown us. We decided to follow his instructions and waited longer. After another one to two hours with no change, we contacted him again. This time, he responded quite abruptly, saying, “No worries, I’ll call the technician—it’s not the end of the world.” Unfortunately, the technician never came. Throughout our entire stay, the air conditioning never worked, and no alternative solution was offered. Given the manager’s increasingly aggressive attitude, we chose not to raise the issue further.

Das Hotel hat gutes Frühstück und Abends kann man dort super essen und trinken. BBQ ist sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist renovierungs bedürftig und an den Wänden sind überall Larven. Es gibt nix zum Sachen ablegen. Der Jonny hat uns eine Fahrt mit Nachtbus verkauft was eine Katastrophe war (20 Stops, Menschen schliefen im Gang, Kakerlaken, Kein richtiges Bettzeug, sehr laut, keine Toilette ) Ich war danach übersät mit Insektenstichen. Die Raststätte wo wir hielten waren genauso die letzten Absteigen von Sauberkeit. Also mit dem Unternehmen nie wieder :ChampaTourist Bus !

Vynikající poloha, dobrá restaurace, klimatizace na pokoji, dobrá cena za ubytování.

Povlečení a prostěradla byly ušmudlané, působilo to, jako by je po předchozích návštěvnících nevyměnili. Ručníky zapáchaly, v koupelně bylo málo odkládacího prostoru na toaletní potřeby. O tom, že zde není teplá voda jsme věděli dopředu a byli jsme s tím smířeni. Zamykání apartmánu je jen jakási imitace. Stačí v místě zámku lehce zatlačit a šoupací okno se lehce otevře i při zamčené klice. V okolí restaurace je docela nepořádek.

Dans l’ensemble très bien, le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable

Un peu plus d’équipement serait parfait (notamment une bouilloire avec 2 verres ou tasses dans la chambre ferait une réelle différence et une note 5⭐️)
