Vacanze al San Domenico

The place is located in the heart of the city, 10 minutes away from the railway station and 5 minutes away from the sea. There's a small coffee shop half a minute away, an amazing bakery one minute away, and a seafood market next door. But that's not all. There is a market on the street in front. You can get out and buy fresh fruit in your underwear. The host is responsive, reacted immediately to our needs, and kept giving us recommendations for everything we asked.

If you are renting a car and are always arriving late, it's hard to find a free parking spot. Paid ones are available, though, and are fairly cheap.

Wir hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt. Es gibt eine schöne Dachterasse, wo man abends schön sitzen kann. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt schön kühl. Man kann alles gut erreichen und der Bahnhof ist sehr nah.

Il proprietario conosciuto durante il check in è stato molto gentile. Unica nota positiva.

Inizio col dire che l' appartamento era un altro rispetto alle foto di booking per le quali ho prenotato. Era al piano terra senza possibilità di aprire le finestre o le persiane perchè ogni giorno c' erano i banchi del mercato proprio davanti la porta di casa, dunque zero privacy Il rumore del mercato ci svegliava alle 5 del mattino, praticamente ancora prima dell' ora in cui ci si sveglia durante l' anno per andare al lavoro. In teoria in vacanza ci si dovrebbe rilassare. La cucina era piena di formiche, il letto a castello delle bambine era rotto, il frigorifero puzzava di chiuso e infatti non freddava mai, segno evidente che era statp spento per tanri tempo. Il bagno era buio con una sola piccola luce, e poca acqua che usciva dal doccione a causa del calcare nei forellini. Inoltre la struttura viene pubblicizzata con animali ammessi, ma per l' unico giorno (su 5 di permanenza dove il mio cagnolino è stato sempre con noi in spiaggia) in cui ho dovuto lasciare il mio cagnolino a casa mezza giornata, poiché avevo un compleanno in una piscina in cui i cani non erano ammessi, sono stato contattato dal proprietario lamentandosi che il cane abbaiava!Se fosse stato un umano parlava! Se magari ci fosse stata data la casa al 1°piano sponsorizzata nell' annuncio di booking, invece che una casa diversa al piano terra su strada, dove c'è un continuo via vai e rumore di gente che parla o urla del mercato, probabilmente il mio cane, che giustamente fa la guardia per difendere il suo territorio, non avrebbe abbaiato tanto. Quando si sceglie una struttura che ammette animali si deve mettere in conto che il cane può abbaiare. Per questa ragione sarebbe stato meglio non ingannare il cliente con annunci non veritieri, di certo se avessi saputo che mi sarebbe stata data una casa su strada, non l' avrei mai e poi mai prenotata.

Gospodarz bardzo mily i pomocny, dbał o wszystko i sam pytał czy czegoś nie brakuje , czy czegoś potrzeba. Serdecznie nas przywitał. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do stacji kolejowej oraz do plaży i centrum miasteczka. Apartament bardzo czysty.

Wszystko było super.

Der Ort selbst - Mola di Bari - hat uns sehr gefallen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen der Umgebung, der Strände und Städte auch sehr gut geeignet. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr praktisch, einerseits vom Bahnhof gut zu erreichen, aber auch zum Platz im Zentrum, zur Promenade, zu allen Geschäften fußläufig. Das antike Haus ist sinnvoll modernisiert und bietet eine schöne Terrasse zu einem Platz, wo man morgens oder abends gemütlich sitzen kann. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst hilfsbereit, gibt gute Tipps, ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich umgehend, wenn es ein Problem gibt. Wir waren eine ganze Woche dort und sehr zufrieden!

Leider war es nachts bzw. früh morgens etwas laut vom Platz her, sodass man die Fenster schließen musste. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es okay, aber ziemlich warm...

Lage ist super, die Atmosphäre neben den Park . Achtung: Apartment ist im 1 Stock (Schlafzimmer mit Balkon) und Dachgeschoss (Küchenzeile und Bad). Die Treppen sind steil - sollte man wissen, falls man nicht so mobil wäre. Klima Anlage war super und Matratzen auch. Wir haben gut geschlafen, außer dass wir jedes Mal aufgewacht sind, wenn der Aufbau des Standes anfing.

Gut zu wissen: jeden Vormittag gibt es einen Gemüse /Obst Verkaufsstand genau vor dem Haus. Der Stand wird täglich um ca 5 Uhr früh aufgebaut. Wenn man leichten Schlaf hat, könnte das stören.

Antonio is a great host! The place was great and location was great. I loved the 2 balconies and being in front of the park. Bed was comfy and space was clean.

The shower was a little small and inconvenient but ok for our short stay.
