The location was right on the water, beautiful view of the beach , but not close to the center. If you have no car, prepare to walk long with the suitcases to train or bus station. Nice morning buffet included in the price.

The rooms are well equipped with kitchen but no instant coffee or tea bags . The handbook talks about a bar and jacuzzi, neither of those were open (permanently closed)

Breakfast is fine, location is excellent.

Beds are HORRIBLE, I woke up at least 8 times during the night. Told the lady about it, she said she knows..

Great location, clean apartment

The room is small, the built-in closet is too big compared to the room size and you go through it to get to the bathroom.

The location is perfect if you want some quiet at Balaton( or at least not the main crowded beach) and nice beach with shade and trees. Sauna is nice and staff very helpful. If you need saucepans etc for cooking, you need to ask them as they are not in the room.

Bathroom is very small but I took the simplest room. Just one towel, but maybe they have more if you ask. There were some noises at night in the building but this is more about the guests not the place itself.

1 minute from Balaton. Personal was perfekt. Breakfest very good. Near only one lokal for some drink or eat. 10 minutes spar
