Quiet, peaceful, clean, prompt response to requests, flexible to decent requests, open communication, hot water, AC, everything working properly, professionalism. If anything is missing, like a chair for the desk, let them know and within minutes it is resolved.

I liked room, place in general. Very clean, very quiet.

I forgot to ask for remote for air conditioner, thats on me. Or maybe it was somewhere in the room and I just wasnt able to find it.
