BeachSide Rooms & Suites

Great view from the living room, big space, really cozy! The breakfast was ok, coffee of choice freshly made and croissant/local pastry or sandwich, along with a choice of sweet toppings.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and all the rooms (kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom) were very spacious, definitely well equipped and prepared for both long and short stays. Specially, the best thing was the host and the lady taking care of the breakfast. She was extremely friendly and goodnatured, and the breakfast was delicious. We kept getting derailed along the way (too many pretty sights to see near), and in the end nobody was there to welcome us in, but rather had left the keys on the postbox. No problem whatsoever to allocate them and get in (They even sent a explanatory vide and answered fast to any messages we had). Definitely would repeat again if back to San Vito and would recommend to anyone.

The facility is located close to the beach and the town center, well-equipped and very spacious. A very nice owner who will help you with anything.

The host who greeted us was wonderful. He’s very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. He also let us borrow ice packs for our boat trip. He was very responsive when we needed anything. The location of the property was excellent - in walking distance to the beach and the quaint town with shops and restaurants.

When you flush the toilet, the water shuts off, so if the property could fix this, it would be a more enjoyable stay. We were happy to have the offer from them to wash our laundry, but our clothes were obviously just put in water, not actually washed, and was still stained and smelled bad. The woman who washed our laundry also did not realize that I speak Italian and could hear her complaining about doing it. The host himself went above and beyond, but the water issue and the unclean laundry were disappointing.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, bedrooms good size and comfortable, location was brilliant - 5 min walk to restaurants and beach!! Overall fantastic value and brilliant stay.

If I was being picky I'd say that could have done with air-con unit in the bedroom (there were units in the kitchen and hall) and comfier sofa in the main living room. We were also there for 10 days and could have done with a quick clean partway through (though towels and bedding were changed which was good).

Personal was very kind and helpfull, many thanks to all. Nice apartement, with a good posituon to the beach and center. Good breakfast with delicilus Sicilian pastery.
