This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we work with a key code system for independent check-in. You will receive this in a separate email one week before arrival. Please note that there is no reception. Please remember to always check your emails in your Booking.com account. We will send you important information there. All apartments are self-catering with no cleaning service. The apartments must be left clean and swept. More information can be found in our arrival information and in the apartment itself. Dogs are welcome. Pre-registration is urgently required. Cost per day: 12€ The cost of 12€ per dog per night is not included.

Wie immer Tipp Tipp bei euch, sauber und gut eingerichtete Wohnungen genug Parkplätze und für den Hund ideal zum gassi gehen, Titisee zu Fuss erreichbar , meine Enkel liebten es zum Badeparadies zu gehen , mit auto 5 min oder zu Fuss .

Das Sofa Bett war nicht so bequem wie beim letzten Mal, es war ein anderes aber ganz ok

There is a lot to say about Braviscasa. First of all, there is no staff at the location (very intimate and discreet), but the communication is super easy. The beds are excellent, the place, while simple, has almost everything we needed. The view is great, the location is wonderful, and all in all, we had lots of fun.

DO NOT PARK BELOW before you investigate the location. The entrance is super narrow, and if you have a medium-sized car, it may not be worth it. There is sufficient parking outside.

"חוויה מעולה"

בית דירות מאובזר לחלוטין, בדירה יש כמעט הכל, מטבח מאובזר לגמרי עד הפרטים הקטנים. היינו בT11, זוג עם שלושה ילדים, היה מאוד נוח ומרווח. חימום תת רצפתי שעושה את השהייה בדירה לנעימה למרות הקור בחוץ. מיקום מעולה . צ׳ק אין בכל שעה אפשר לקבל מפתח עם קוד בתיבה. יש בבניין חנייה בשפע. יש בקומה התחתונה מכונת כביסה ומייבש שכוללים סבון כביסה. בקיצור דירה מומלצת מאוד!

"Einfach gelungen und unsere Erwartungen waren erfüllt"

Für uns war es genau richtig. Ruhig und trotzdem relativ nah am Zentrum Viele Möglichkeiten mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen Sauberes Apartment und alles da, was man braucht... einfach auch schön neu eingerichtet und vor allem hatten wir dann doch ein Bett und keine Schlafcouch. Gute Parköglichkeiten.

"C’était très agréable"

L’appartement étais Super, le garage J’étais bien renseignée ou la clé. Très tranquille. Je crois je réserve l’appartement de nouveau une fois. On partir une journée pour tôt à cause de la grève en France. Il y a beaucoup de programme à la télé.

La télé sera un plus grand. C’est tout
