Not very much. The staff were understanding when I immediately asked for a taxi to another hotel that I booked as soon as I saw the accommodation

It was hard to find. The taxi went round and round for about 15 mins trying to find it. The “pool” was green with scum. The room had only a Fan on the wall for AC. The bathroom facilities were all outside.

I had s very nice stay here. It's a tranquil place in a quiet area where you can rest and still at walking distance from the party scene. Many options around for your meals. My room as comfortable, the aircon worked properly and the wifi was strong and stable. Hot shower if you available if you need. The breakfast was good and the best was the staff, the guys taking care of the place were really attentive and welcoming. They kept the premises clean and were always willing to help. I would stay here again

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lima Bintang in Gili Trawangan and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and authentic place to stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience on the island. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they helped with everything I needed, from local recommendations and arranging activities to answering questions and making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. One of the highlights was how personal and caring the service felt. The staff even cooked for me, which made the experience feel less like staying at a guesthouse and more like being welcomed by friends. Their hospitality was truly exceptional and created memories that I will always associate with my time in Gili Trawangan. The atmosphere of the property is relaxed, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying island life. The location is convenient, allowing easy access to everything Gili T has to offer while still providing a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. What really sets Lima Bintang apart, however, is the people. The kindness, generosity, and genuine friendliness of the staff made all the difference and turned a good holiday into an unforgettable one. Excelente custo benefício, a acomodação é perto do Porto de chegada, praia e centro da ilha! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos, me ajudaram com os passeios, transporte, e lá eles alugam bicicletas, mascaras de snorkeling.. O café da manhã é delicioso, tudo é muito limpo. O quarto é grande, cama confortável, tem ar condicionado e ventilador. Amei o tempo que estive lá e super recomendo:)

Lo único que no me gustó fue que los dos baños compartidos eran abiertos con una parte con techo y otra parte sin techo y eso hacía que estaba lleno de mosquitos y cada vez que iba al baño me picaban un par de mosquitos

Loved my stay here. The owners are so welcoming and kind. Place was clean and had a fan. Also offer bike rental to get around the island.

I love this place and his manager, Giancarlo which is an amazing wood artist

Bellissima struttura, molto particolare, staff super accogliente e simpatico. Bellissima la terrazza con le amache per rilassarsi. Luogo tranquillo e silenzioso. Colazione buona. Abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette e l’attrezzatura per lo snorkeling a un prezzo conveniente.
