Very clean room, good accommodations, and fantastic location - near the town center but quiet. Nicely decorated room.

It was very warm in the room and we could not make the split work. The host did reply after a few hours to tell us to use the remote, but the problem was with the remote.

Nothing because, in fact I didn't stay at the reserved location and room but I was called a few hours before arrival to be told that I would not be able to be accommodated there and that they were offering me an apartment in another location.

The experience was an unpleasant one. In fact I didn't stay at the reserved location and room but I was called a few hours before arrival to be told that I would not be able to be accommodated there and that they were offering me an apartment in another location, much further from the center and far from where I would have to work the next day, the location being the main criterion for my initial choice of hotel. I accepted to stay at the new location because it was too late to book something else. The new location was on the outskirts of the city, not 2km from the old booking as I was told, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the comfort was far below the comfort level of the room I had originally booked. No discount was given for this problem they caused me. A bad experience and a proof of great unreliability!
