Struttura moderna e posizione comoda con parcheggio privato e recintato. Assolutamente cortesia dell'host. Seppur manca la colazione garantisco che il Bar Trattoria adiacente è un'ottima soluzione con personale davvero gentile.

Andrebbero insonorizzate le stanze essendo tutte all'interno dello stesso corridoio, una porta da "interno" non è sufficiente. Non condivido il frigorifero comune, il microonde e la macchina del caffè possono ancora andar bene, e di norma almeno una bottiglia di acqua per stanza, come benvenuto sarebbe gradita e non costa nulla. Migliorabile la qualità delle lenzuola, coprimaterasso piccolo per un matrimoniale (due letti uniti). Viaggio spesso e affittacamere ce ne sono con i suggerimenti indicati, che vogliono assolutamente essere costruttivi.

Ottimo per spezzare il viaggio da nord a sud. Ogni volta che da Milano scendiamo a Bari ci fermiamo a dormire qui per spezzare il viaggio. Posto pulito e molto silenzioso.
