The location was great. I didn't have any of the breakfast because the breakfast wasn't discussed.

On some evenings the room was a bit cold, but sometimes there was heating on. I didn't ask for heating to be on so that may have been why it was a bit cold.

Unfortunately, this accommodation was a major disappointment for us. We were forced to book ALOJAMIENTOS NECANA due to an overbooking issue with our original accommodation on Booking.com. We were looking for something in a similar price range, but this option turned out to be more expensive and significantly worse in terms of comfort. The room was very cold and damp, making it difficult to rest properly. The glass shower cabin is located in the middle of the room and leaked from the door, causing water to seep into the room. The layout offers little privacy and is impractical. The very limited amenities provided do not justify the price — this accommodation is clearly overpriced for what it offers. Sleeping here was nearly impossible. Although located in the old town, cars drive past constantly throughout the night, and all the noise is clearly audible inside the room. We woke up repeatedly and, after staying here, felt more exhausted than when we arrived. A small kitchenette and a properly separated private bathroom could have helped offset some of the discomfort, but unfortunately, neither was available. We would not recommend this accommodation, especially if you value rest, comfort, and a good night’s sleep.

Très belle et grande chambre sur parquet dans une belle bâtisse canarienne.Très bon matelas! Frigo, bouilloire,une bouteille d'eau, du thé, des biscottes.. Et même un tire-bouchon et deux verres à vin. L'emplacement est à 10/15 mn à pieds de la station de bus Icod de los vinos. 10mn du parc du Dragon millénaire. Très bon restaurant "tismiskis". Merci à Natalia pour son accueil et son sourire. Merci à Antonio pour sa patience.

Il y a le bruit de la route, très passante qui peut être un frein pour certains mais comme nous rentrions de nos longues journées bien fatiguées nous dormions quand même très bien.
