"Needs Serious Improvement in Cleanliness and Maintenance"

Staff were friendly

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The 4-sleeper family room we stayed in was not properly cleaned. The bathroom, and especially the shower, was dirty. There were also visible dirty foot marks on the walls above the beds, which suggests that basic cleaning was neglected. The bath towels provided were old and clearly overdue for replacement. In addition, the toilet paper supplied was of very poor quality. The room also advertised a TV, but there were no working channels available during our stay. Another major issue was the lack of ventilation. There was no air conditioning in the room, not even a fan, and it was extremely hot. The only ventilation came from small windows that could open slightly, which did little to help with the heat. Overall, the room did not meet the expected standard of cleanliness or basic comfort for a guesthouse.
