Not much. 1) The property was the cheapest in the area, that was about the only positive thing. the poor and failing water pressure/water heaters and unreliable electrical infrastructure reflected the low cost. I previously left a 10 star review during my first stay simply because I love Ukraine and wish to support businesses there,, but after the host yelled at my youngest female guest for using facilities listed as accommodations on booking.com(laundry machine), I can no longer deceive other customers in the interests of supporting local businesses in Ukraine.

1) Laundry is listed as an accommodation on the Booking website. Therefore, my friend used the laundry machine. The power went out when she did. Rather than the hostess apologizing for failing to notify guests about needing to use the laundry machine first(no verbal warning, no sign on laundry machine, no note on website saying "please ask before using laundry"), the "hostess" yelled at a young girl and blamed her for the failures of her own aging electrical infrastructure. When I asked the hostess why she was so confident to yell at a young girl rather than confront me- the paying customer- she could only say "I'm sorry, but YOU...." and "This is not your home, it is a hotel!" She was right! We surely did not feel at home- we felt so awkward after such a hospitable and rude treatment that we didn't even feel comfortable sitting in the dining room. No apology was offered to me or my other friend who also sat without electricity despite having nothing to do with the electricity failing. The host only seemed to care about the other guests she had at that time. Maybe next time, she will have fewer guests after they read the rest of this review, and the old electrical grid may be spared the strain of a laundry machine advertised by the property as a facility for guests... Beyond that- 2)For all guests, be sure to prepare additional time(15 to 20 minutes EXTRA) to use even the private showers, as hot water only lasts a few short minutes before water pressure fails entirely or you are left with only cold water. Same issue in the non-private showers near the shared bathrooms. 3) It's nice to have fruit trees on the property, but as a result, property is infested with bugs - had to chase flies the size of locusts out of my car every time we departed from the parking lot on the property. I still have bug bites on my legs several days later.
