Fantastic Location: The apartment is situated right across from Lake Bracciano, with stunning views and easy access to the lake beach. It's also close to central Rome, convenient for day trips and the airport. Lots of excellent restaurants to walk to. Chair and umbrella rentals are available but pricey. Spacious Accommodation: With 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms, the apartment is super spacious, with each room having plenty of privacy. A couple short flights of easy stairs. Private Parking: The availability of free private parking is a huge plus. Balcony and Outdoor Dining Area: The balcony with lake views and the outdoor dining area were wonderful for relaxing and enjoying an evening cocktail. Coffee supplies and packaged breakfast items were a nice plus. Friendly Host: The host was very responsive, kind, and accommodating, providing great local tips and making check-in and check-out easy. Clean and Comfortable: The apartment was clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained interior. This place would be a 10 if not for the construction and AC!

Noisy Construction Nearby: There are two significant construction projects next door on each side that started VERY in the morning. Luckily, we had to leave early for the airport anyway, but for anyone else, this could be a big problem. I saw the reviews from last year and thought construction might be done by now, but it looks like it will be going on for a while. We were not told about it ahead of time. Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen could have been better equipped with more plates, glasses, and other essentials.. Not Very Cozy: Some of the furniture wasn't very cozy or comfortable. The living area just feels awkward with a desk and a bar randomly placed. Some more couches or comfy chairs would be better. Plumbing Issues: The sink plugs are broken, and also in the bidet it was stuck so the water wouldn't drain which makes me wonder how sanitary it was. Poor AC: there are units in only 2 bedrooms so the living space stayed quiet warm, even if we left the bedroom doors open.

A very nice apartment, with a great view to Lake Bracciano, which is just across the street, very nice hosts, very clean and not far from central Rome. Once can both enjoy the countryside, the water sports and the cultural richness of Rome.

Very clean , located close everything

The location of the apartment is right across the lake so you can't beat that. The apartment itself is also a nice size and has a lot of amenities for the price. The host was very pleasant and accommodating.

Two things soured the apartment: overall cleanliness - the apartment itself didn't look dirty on surface level, but the floors were very dirty (I had to put on socks and take them off before bed to not drag it in the bed with me) and there were stains on the bed sheets (I slept on one area that didn't have stains and tried not to roll around). Second thing: there is a significant construction project taking place next door and it is very loud early in the morning. There was also a very tall and large crane set up right next to the building, which was unsettling. I wish I knew that before we booked.

Very close to the lake -

ATM very noisy do to a construction site next door that can start as early as 7 am and finish at 5 pm! The main bathroom flush very noisy …..a nuisance if you need to use the bathroom during the night!!

Everything you need for a holiday . Good size . Lovely balcony with good views . Excellent position . Would definitely recommend and return if coming here again .
