Security deposit for lost of keys and/or damage to the room is taken by card upon arrival and returned by card within 24 hours of departure No extra guest are allowed (that are not resident) to enter the building after quite hours. They will be asked to leave immediately. We do not accommodate hen/stag parties or similar. We are arranged on the first floor and only accessible by a stairs. We are not wheelchairs accessible anywhere in the building.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
