Security deposit for lost of keys and/or damage to the room is taken by card upon arrival and returned by card within 24 hours of departure No extra guest are allowed (that are not resident) to enter the building after quite hours. They will be asked to leave immediately. We do not accommodate hen/stag parties or similar. We are arranged on the first floor and only accessible by a stairs. We are not wheelchairs accessible anywhere in the building.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. It was very central to around the town with a pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very quiet and warm and beds were comfortable. Tea, coffee biscuits and water was available which was a nice touch. Host was very pleasant.

The only drawback that the bathroom is very small and not much room in the shower but it was spotless and as we were only staying overnight it was not a problem
