Beautiful clean private room in a great location.

The check in process is awful, ensure the phone number you use is your WhatsApp account and you have this app set up prior to booking. I use a dual sim and did not receive any instructions on how to access the property as they were using my phone number not my WhatsApp. I was locked out of the property waiting in the heat. The staff on the phone did help me, but were rude and unapologetic, blaming me and saying they had sent the details that morning when they had not. They would not give me my room number or any information until I had completed the online form which was only accessible via WhatsApp. Despite the fact I had already paid and booked. I would not stay here again because of this. The system is awful and there are no contact details. I had to google the phone number to call. It was stressful being in a foreign country with limited internet and no on site help. You can also hear the other guests in their rooms, the walls are very thin.

I got really vast instruction about the house and its rules beforehand so I knew e.g. if I can use the garden. There is a terrace with a sea view and the garden where you can sit under the limon tree. The place itself is clean and you can see that the owner is taking care of it. You can check-in using a code which is quite convenient. In short: I reccommend it :)

La localisation. C’est très calme bien que situé près de restaurants.

Перше враження- це дуже чисте помешкання! Місцерозташування шикарне . Пляж Лас-Канаріс і порт 1 хв, тобто за вуглом помешкання. До кращих пляжів та інфраструктури Лас-Амерікас 4-5 хв. Помешкання компактне, кімнати невеликі, але все чисто, полотенця, фен є, вентилятор, телевізор, дзеркала великі. Кроваті зручні, постіль чиста і приємно пахне. Взагалі в помешканні немає сторонніх неприємних запахів, а навпаки заходиш і завжди приємно пахне. Санвузли 1 на кожному поверсі, і цього в принципі достатньо, але все чисто та акуратно. За три дні я жодного разу не чекала. Прибирання кожного дня. Кухні немає, але є кімната для приймання їжі, завжди є кава мелена хороша, чай, посуд, все чисте. В цьому ж будинку є пекарня, все смачно і хороша кава. Рекомендую на всі 100%
