Friendly helpful staff. Good central location to restaurants, bar & ferry wharf. Good hot water pressure & comfortable bed for budget accommodation. Free coffee in the morning until 11 Nice terrace

Very lovely owners and super chilled out place to stay.

Everything you needed. Most of us were alone in a dorm so lot of privacy. Bathrooms were really clean.

Good accommodation in a great location!

Very basic and cheap. About 10 mins walk from centre. Rooms have the basic stuff and a small kitchen is provided for cooking . Very clean and they let us check in earlier as the room was ready. They provide Indian Nose tour and kayak rental. We did the kayak and was very nice. Free coffee until 11am. Staff is lovely and comunications via watsapp or booking are quick. We stayed only one night so it was fine for us in general. Great rooftop/lounge area.

Very very noisy during day specially in the mornings as some constructions happening nearby. Water in the shower isnt warm at all , no towels provided as well. They ask money for drinking water which in most hotels across Guatemala is for free. Small alley to reach the hotel which at night is very empty and dark, something to consider but we didnt feel unsafe at all

The facilities were incredible, large rooms, a beautiful roof terrace. The value for money is exceptional when staying here, I met some lovely people staying here too!

Showers did not even have warm water in the morning when most people take shower. In the evening it is little bit warmer when not many are taking shower. The owner/staff was getting upset if you ask her for help. She started saying, Americans are not good. they complain a lot. Not just that on the last day, there was loud blast and and there was NO water. I went two stories down to tell the owner. There was no water, NONE to brush teeth or flush the toilet and of course, no shower. On top of that the owner bad mouths you and was rude. Showers do not have a fan or a window so there is no fresh air and there is humidity. If you open the room window, mosquitoes will come and folks are smoking outside in the balcony.

Good location, access to kitchen facilities and beautiful view from the roof top :)
