It was basic .

The organization on our arrival was horrendous...There were nobody around .No answer to the telephone Eventually someone came out of the blue , and if we couldn't speak Spanish, it would be chaos ! .The restaurant was closed and we need the car to go out for dinner( so, no drinks with our meal !)

Is this place a scam? We arrived having booked, paid and had our confirmation only to find the hotel was closed. The whole place dark and shut up. We phoned the number which was on the door, the same as on the booking and no one answered. No one has answered our messages after 5 days now. Booking.com has also failed to answer our messages. We had to book and pay for another place to stay.
