Lovely clean and warm. Location good for access to Bowness shops etc. Up a shorr steep hill which was not a problem for us .

Small shower cubical not too much an issue for smaller people like us.

great size room, parking close by wasnt easy

needs a chair near a plug to sit and dry hair or do make up, could do with sockets near bed, didnt know how to use radiator control and couldnt find any instructions anywhere,
