Plusem obiektu jest jego lokalizacja, blisko plaży którą trzeba w sezonie rezerwować ( inaczej wstęp dopiero po 18:00) i do centrum miasta. Plus za czystą pościel i ręczniki oraz wygodę łóżek, chociaż trzeba bardzo uważać na łóżko w sypialni od strony ulicy ponieważ sprawia wrażenie jakby rama miała się rozsypać W mieszkaniu utrzymuje się charakterystyczny zapach starej kamienicy, da się przewietrzyć jednak jest wyczuwalny za każdym razem jak wchodzi się po kilku godzinach nieobecności. Parking w sąsiednich ulicach losowo, raz jest luźniej w sezonie trzeba polować.

Dwa pomieszczenia wymagają remontu lub gruntownego czyszczenia Łazienka - w kabinie prysznicowej grzyb ( w rogach i na ścianach), sama kabina jest dość mała Osoby powyżej 180 cm i większej postury nie będą w stanie barć komfortowo prysznica. Kuchnia - meble mają już swoje lata ale nie to jest problemem a czystość, lodówka OK, niestety sztućce w szufladach były obklejone Właściciel prawdopodobnie nie weryfikuje tego po poprzednich wynajmujących, jak zostawią tak jest.

Utmärkt läge, 5 min promenad till den fina stranden, nära centrum med restauranger, nära till busstationen och nära till bra Supermarket Dagen vi checkade ut fick vi förvara väskorna i rummet tills vi skulle åka vilket vi uppskattar. Lungt läge!

Kudden var lite för platt för min smak, för att hänga upp badkläder och handdukar fick man hänga ut genom ett smalt fönster (det hade undertlättat med balkong). Vi fick kaffekapslar men de fylldes tyvärr inte på.

This was by far the worst place we stayed on our 2 weeks trip in Sardinia. The only good thing about it was the location, which was quite central, and we could always find the parking just outside.

The very first thing was the check in. I’ve been trying to contact the host via booking.com before the arrival, with no response. We ended up by the apartment around 14:45, without not knowing what apartment number to go to. So I had to spend time figuring out how to reach the host by other means than booking messaging. After he arrived, showed us the place, another issue popped up. He asked us to pay 40€ for bedsheets and towels??!!! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ seriously?? After paying almost 200€ per night, I have to pay for bedsheets??? He kept saying it’s normal in Sardinia. This was the only place on our trip that asked that (and we stayed only in apartments, not hotels, as we travelled with a toddler). This was not specified under my booking fees. Only after looking for it, under notes, I could find some text which was in Italian. I don’t know if it was purposefully not translated, or maybe it’s a booking.com translation issue, but this was the only piece of info that was in Italian. Also, this should have been placed under the fees instead of some notes, that nobody reads. Basically, he wouldn’t leave until I paid, which delayed out check-in up to 1h. If I had seen this fee before booking the place, I would’ve never booked it. The place was also very very worn down, all furniture very old, not properly clean, the kitchen cabinets handles were filthy. Generally, I didn’t feel like touching anything in that kitchen. All the kitchen supplies looked like the gatherings of all the things from the granny’s house that needed to go away. Trash bin was missing a plastic bag, kitchen towel or any type of kitchen tissues were missing, dishwashing soap was missing. I reported it, so they delivered these items after a few hours. No coffee machine, even though it looked like there was one on photos. Another thing - it was a 2 bedroom apartment, but we only had bedsheets in one room, cause we only paid for one set.

Did not like property. Immediately left and did not return. Horrible.

Not as pictured. Rancid smell that was intolerable had to immediately vacate property and did not return. Bugs. Broken appliances. Bed stained. Wind constantly slams windows if open

Location. Very cozy and nice. The owner was very gentle and welcoming, he adapted to our timetables and needs.

Great location, few min walk to Spiaggia Rena Bianca and same to the center, 10 min walk from bus station. The owner was super kind and let me check in very early as the room was ready. I think good insulation from noice or my neithbours were very quitet :)

I think room could be little refreshed. The drawers in the nightstands, next to the bed smelled like a basement so I just didn't keep there my stuff, same drawers under the sink, were looking clean but smelled little weird so I just kept them closed. 1 tolillet paper for 4 night I think its not enough, I bought more in supermarket but I think this could be secured in the price of the room. 1 more roll is not expensive and could help to avoid this comment. If someome will wonder what coffee capsules to buy before arrival its Lavaza A Modo Mio. The were 2 or 3 capsules secured by owner so this was really nice. The wine opener was dirty, had some kind of fat on it so I guess someone before my stay used that for sandwiches or something else, no idea. In general I can say that I am sure that they can do little better and improve few things and I believe they will and yes I would love to come back there. I had really good time.
