"Large hotel tired and beyond its best"

The initial female receptionist was very accommodating and helpful and actually went from receptionist, to waitress, to General helper. Other members of staff were less helpful. The breakfast waiter was exceptional also.

The property is dated (this is an understatement) in need of refurbishment. The combined bath and shower had no shower curtain and no means of plugging the bath outlet so everywhere became drenched. The showerhead did not sit in its holder properly. So I just made do with what that was. Seems like a small point, but they would like to spray the whole bathroom with water and then mop it up afterwards.

dirty swiming pool area, dirty restaurant with low quality food, service wasnot good, thousand flyies, fighting cats!
