Múltiple bathrooms & showers, very clean, place to hand-wash clothes & hang them up. Strong WiFi! Free water. Good kitchen.

A few minutes longer walk to the city center. But close to the market. Nothing that bothered me.

They let us check in early! Nice staff and our room was spacious. There is potable water available and the kitchen was a bit thrown together but got the job done.

The walk to the center was longer than expected: about 25 mins to the zocalo or 15 mins to the outer edge of the walking street. Photos look much better than the place actually is. Simple rooms. Outdoor space could be improved with furniture that isn’t broken. Be sure to ask for a room on the second or third floors (ours was on the first in the back corner and felt like a damp dungeon with very little light).

Very friendly and nice staff. Common areas are cleaned every day. Location - 10 minutes from the central market, quiet area. The hotel has different rooms to choose from, with single and double beds, with or without a salon. I am very satisfied and would stay here again! Thank you guys.

Jorge is an amazing host. He helped me arrange a couple of tours was super friendly and always helpful. The facilities are clean the rooms are a decent size. It's a bit of a walk from the center of town but once you get your bearings it's a nice walk and I always felt safe The other guests were all great. We even arranged a BBQ. It gets cool at night (at least in January) so dress warm and you can always ask for another blanket. I will be back next time I'm in town.

They advertise hot water in the showers, but I had to wait for over an hour while they fiddled around with the showers and plumbing trying to figure out why no hot water was coming out. When the hot water finally came out, it was spontaneous, the temperature fluctuated, and it was only for a short time until the water cut out altogether. San Cristóbal is a cold place during December—hot showers are a MUST. Also, the location isn't good. Quite far from the center of town.
