It is a very chilled and quiet place. The place accommodated us all as a group. The stuff is very friendly, they made our entire stay at ease. We lacked nothing during our stay. I even received a gift since we were celebrating my birthday during the weekend.. Thank you to the property owner and uncle Derrick. Looking forward to coming back

The facilities honestly left much to be desired. We stayed in the 12 sleeper and honestly I don’t see how that space is meant to be for 12 people with 1 bathroom meant to accommodate everyone. The chalet wasn’t clean (the carpet in the living area was filthy, spider webs in corners, cockroaches on the fridge). Each time I tried to make it a positive experience I got disappointed again (I.e the towels are old and their lining is torn, it was unfortunate that the host and staff thought it’s ok to give guests such towels. The bed ( we could feel the springs truly unforgivable and the sheets and pillows have yellow stains). I could go on and on but I would rather not. The only positive thing was they were gracious enough to allow us to check out late. I hope they can work on fixing these issues for future guests and perhaps get extra pools that overnight guests can have solely to use without day visitors in the mix.

We arrived at the venue 1. Pictures are deceiving 2. No one gave us attention 3.There was a wedding at the venue everyone was there staff receptionist. 4 we then entered asked for attention we got told they are busy with wedding shocking. 5 we then asked to rather leave since no be was attending to us and we had kids abd elderly person and already the place looked non conformable. 6.We had to wait again 🙄. 7. I was shocked, disappointed but did not make a scene we only asked for a refund . 8 still waiting for refund 🙄 So disappointed
