Great facility. Was what we expected.

No small sharp kitchen knife for cutting up food.

Quiet, convenient location

Vehicle access a bit difficult

Friendly hosts, quiet, clean and convenient. The hosts went out of their way for me to have off-road parking. Parking is at a premium in this area. Easy walk to the beach.

The location is on a back section with a little of Mauao peak viewable, the main view is of the fence and neighbouring houses. That was fine for me as I wanted a quiet, restful place, but may not be what others need.

Just a studio room with the basic facilities which we expected. Comfortable and perfect location to walk to beach.

We had stayed previously and thought this time the level of cleanliness was not up to a standard you would expect.

The room was spacious, the kitchen good, the bathroom good. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable.

Great little place , walking distance to beach, town and the Mount. Lovely friendly hosts, has everything you need for a short stay. Clean, comfortable and sunny.
