Great place to stay. Nice and quiet but walking distance to Mt Maunganui shops and beach, etc, and handy to public transport. I was there for an event at Blake Park and didn’t use my car.

The location was perfect. We had a warm welcome from Suzanne on arrival . We had to change our arrangement on short notice, Suzanne went out of her way to accommodate us and, without any hesitation, catered for our needs. Everything was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The cupboard to hang our clothes was a great to have. On on-site parking was convenient

A small stove would have been nice. Just for the small things like frying an egg or whipping up a one pot meal.
