Big bathroom, a private, small, outside area. Coffee machine and chocs a nice addition.

Room 4 was very noisy (trucks and traffic). The bed not very comfortable.

"Short but sweet stay!"

Location was perfect, situated in the middle of the town centre and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable and met every expectation. Coffee station and sherry were a lovely touch!

Very central

There was a pump behind the wall where the bed was, it went off every 20 minutes through out the night and caused a dripping/tapping. It was impossible to sleep. Reported to staff at 1am as was hoping to change rooms. Reply was in office hours long after we had left. I see now that this problem was reviewed last year but staff pretended it was a new problem to be investigated. Do not stay in the premium room you will not be able to sleep.

Booking in was pleasant. Received a message with all the details. Staff were very helpful en friendly. Clean and cosy room with a nice little garden to relax. Aircon and coffee machine was fabulous. Thank you for a great stay!
