promptness of staff. location. cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

kitchen sink was leaking. frequent power fluctuation. A/C did not work or was switched off in the middle of the night (around 1:30 am) thereby causing a disturbed sleep. Power points mobile charging did not work for almost several hours - thereby leaving our phones drained and not reachable.
