Stay was clean

Doesnt have fan or AC, Very rude host specially that man, pls dont go with children, very expensive and not at all value for the money, me working at night and had a zoom meeting,host man knocked at my room even for that very soft voice and came and shouting at me , he is shouting like anything , i am wondering what a noise he is making and asking me to turn of my laptop , and at night they will disconnect the wifi and all the facilities mentioned is not available and verypoor breakfast

Very nice host. It was very warm in the room and the water in the bathroom was also very warm. Delicious breakfast and amazing view on Kazbek.

the room was clean and comfortable, and the view was fantastic!! Kate prepared a homemade breakfast for us every morning, overall it was a pleasant stay and we would love to come back!

"Great place realy worth the visit"

The breakfast was very rich, and fresh, with a great view to kazbej mountains very recommended. The prices was realy worth because the owner was making realy good coffee. The rooms was nice with great view, nice bed, and big comfort room .
