Good location with mountain view. Staff was very friendly and we had a nice breakfast. Communication with staff was good. Our communication was in English and very responsive. Balcony was shared, the door couldn't be locked because it was broken. They offered another room but this didn't had mountain view, so we decided to stay. I must say that they handled this properly. They gave me different options and while it couldn't be locked, I never had the feeling that my personal belongings were unprotected because they were always around.

The bathroom was small, difficult to sit on the toilet because of insufficient space. But everything was available. Balcony was shared, door couldn't be locked because it was broken. There is no kettle on the room itself, but there is one available in the shared room. A bit expensive for what you get in return.

Breathtaking view at Cminda Sameba and the peak of Kazbek from our balcony. Friendly and helpful hosts, tasty breakfast and convenient location next to the centre of Stepantsminda. We had a wonderful time!
