It is exactly where we wanted to be

The unit we thought we were booking, was not. No sea views, and most definitely not an apartment!! The bed was hard as a rock and VERY uncomfortable. The couple is another unit argued - no, SHOUTED - every evening from 9 to 10pm. Lights left on, and no restaurant on the property - so no food at night, and they lock everything up at 9… not a good experience at all!!

Bath tub had no plug and when we asked housekeeping she said she knew about it but wasn't able to fix it

The bathroom had mold

The location, the VIEW, the bed was really comfortable, easy to find and overall, everything was really lovely and clean with friendly staff!

Fire exit procedure should perhaps be explained. We had three people that could do stairs, just quite slow, perhaps checking that everyone is capable to do all the stairs. There were some parts that just needed some maintenance but hey, we being picky when we writing this. The question is, will we be back, and the answer is YES!
