Pros: great location in one of the most beautiful region of Tbilisi. Nice and helpful hosts. Nice view from the balcony. Apartment has a small kitchen, fridge and everything you might need. Cons: The mattress in my room wasn't comfortable, too soft. Sound insulation is bad, I heard almost everything my neighbors did. The apartment is tiny but it's ok if you are staying alone. Overall, it's good place to stay if you're traveling alone. Nice location in 5 min walk from the metro station.

Friendly home private terace with a nice view to the city. Better than expected. In this price range it's the best option.

It was a super nice flat in a central location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Anna is a lovely host, and the room had a great view from the balcony. I initially booked for three nights then extended for another three due to really liking it there.

The photos do not really reflect the quality of the accommodation. The apartment is on the third floor. For accessing, The first 2 floors have a wide staircase, the top floor is narrow. You may be disappointed when you discover it compared to the presented photos .. the comfort is correct, the whole is clean. The apartment, a bedroom with its bathroom without problem, remains simple, of limited size, good for a couple, 2 comfortable single beds. The bedroom has a pleasant terrace. The apartment has a kitchen on the lower floor, shared with another apartment. This kitchen has no window and is narrow. It is not very pleasant. You can have breakfast on the second floor, the entrance to the office is on the same floor. The owners are friendly and helpful. for example a small table was added at my request in the apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent, a few hundred meters from the Marjanishvili metro station.

The kitchen stays rather unpleasant. The price is relatively high considering the service.

We extremely enjoyed staying at Anna's. The area and the view from the balcony make it a place we would love to return to. Not forgetting the pleasant conversations we had with the two ladies running the place.
