Penzión Topky

V penzióne Topky sme boli ubytovaní uz druhý krát, veľmi sa nám páči výhľad na počúvadlianske jazero, je tam krásna príroda, kľud, v penzióne bolo všetko super, služby, personál na jednotku, jedlo takisto výborné. Máme to tam radi, vždy navštívime aj Banskú Štiavnicu, ktorá je od Počúvadla len pár kilometrov.

Všatko bolo ako má byť. Penzión čistý,peronál milí, strava výborná.

Nič nám nechýbalo.

We didnt like the way manager treated us from the start, his attitude towards us wasnt welcoming, it was that kind of 2* type of customer service we simply didnt like, we were annoyed by his presence. When we arrived and parked, we only saw one door with "reception entry" sign so of course we walked towards it, it was closed so we rang. The manager opened the door and with that passive agressive funky comments told us, that the front door is open ( as if we were there every day), also mumbled something abour parking our car in different spot even though we were just fine. He then started informing us about all kind of facility information we didnt need and didnt ask for, fair enough its his job but we simply didnt feel comfortable with the way he spoke. The receptionist/waitress girl in one, was very sweet and tried her best, however ahain the customer service given was poor. First she tried to give us 2 keys from 2 rooms ( we only booked 1) , she gave us wrong room but with higher standard so I guess it was lucky for us. The way she informed us about breakfast was dissapointing. I understand we were off season, and not too many guests were in the penzion, but saying : " I cant promise you the buffey style of breakfast, because if you will be just 7people in the hotel, it wont be worth it"- is simply just wrong. If you pay 158€ a night, you dont want to feel like your noth worth of a various good breakfast choice. The food was probably the most disapointing thing out of this experience. As I booked this penzion with 4* in that price range, to make sure we wont have to think about the food at all and it was our getaway weekend so I planned to have a nice experience with my sister and enjoy it to the fullest. Room quality of furniture was fine, clean, and also the bathroom was clean, but again the hotel wants to be 4* and when you hand paint old tiles for white modern look, but still can see it was painted by amateur- it doesnt look good.

Od prvého kontaktu veľmi milá pani majiteľka, útulná, čistá a uprataná izba na 4. poschodí s krásnym výhľadom, výborné jedlo, krásne prostredie..

Zrekonštruovaná izba, pekné miesto s krásnym výhľadom na jazero a výborný prístup personálu .
