Son demasiados estrictos. Yo entré con alguien en la noche cuando no había recepción un momento para recoger algo y apareció una mujer aparentemente enfadada aporreando la puerta para decirme que no podía llevar a nadie. Trato casi como si fuese un recluso

Very clean, comfortable

I wasn't provided with the towel in a private room, had to ask for it. I needed to drink a medicine but they didn't facilitate me a cup or a glass and had to buy it in a shop.

It was great, very clean. The location was absolutely near plaza mayor and shops. It was a good value for money.

It was not hot boiler water to have a shower. I hope that improves this service, especially in cold weather.

We liked that it's inexpensive

It's not sound proof. We travelled with a toddler and you already know what a toddler does.

Close to the airport

The staff did not speak english and I did not recieve any information about the check-in procedure. It was hard to comunicate and sadly there was not an option to leave luggage.
