Beautiful place with breathtaking views . Super friendly and welcoming staff . Room nice big size , super clean and bed so comfortable . Breakfast super tasty served in garden with beautiful views on volcano. Nice vine tasting areas . Road to hotel is not to bad , don't let other people to put you off with comments "very narrow roads" as the road is not that bad , I could manage with no problems or panic. We would definitely stay again !

The amazing location and attentive staff made our stay memorable, and we would love to return. The villa and its grounds are well taken care of, the room kept immaculately clean and the breakfast was abundant and fresh.

Issues with wifi connection at certain times which could not seem to be fixed.

Everything was a little bit more than perfect!

The good parts were: We had a gorgeous room with jacuzzi which was an upgrade we were given without knowing and guests are given a bottle of Prosecco and fruit plate when they arrive which is the best part of the stay. The hotel’s view is breathtaking and the breakfast is very nice.

Besides those good things, we came here with high expectations because of previous comments but this was not so much as expected. My feedback was taken well by the lady at the reception and I appreciate the gesture they made. -you unfortunately feel like second class guests as the hotel is much more of an event venue than a hotel and every evening the main room is rented for outside clients. This means, every single night (even weekdays) there is loud music until midnight and you have to pass through the dining room and walk past all the guests to go to dinner. Events are the priority, not the hotel guests. Then, they clean up during breakfast time, while guests are passing by, with chairs up on tables and the floor being mopped. The cleaning lady even told us to go around where she had mopped. Why do this at the busiest time? -most of the staff, waiters, workers we bumped into etc were rude, besides the reception girl. They are monosyllabic in person and over the phone when you call the reception, nothing similar to regular 4/5* hotels -they barely English, besides the nice girl at the reception whose English is like 50%, the manager doesn’t speak a word and doesn’t feel like this is a problem when you manage a hotel. He said everyone needs to already speak the country’s language even while staying at a hotel. And we are French, so we already speak 3/4 languages. -you absolutely need a car, cannot walk to anything close. We rented a car a couple hours in when we realized this. Not the hotel’s fault, but you need to be aware. We asked the hotel if we could be driven 8 mn and they asked for 30€. -the wifi in the room doesn’t work well. It goes in and out and you barely get any signal/data from your phone.
