Lovely hosts, cosy room, great breakfast, fantastic position, on-site parking, good value. Easy access to beautiful local walks. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by.

"Pleasant, but we probably won't stay at the same hotel again."

The breakfast was tasty, but the menu was very limited. It was basically cereal or greek yoghurt as a starter - and with eggs on toast or an omelette as the mains. If one wanted a "Full English Breakfast" it cost an extra £12!

We didn't like the fact that there wasn't a fridge in our room, seeing that the hotel only offers breakfast and no other meals - and we thought that charging an extra £12 for a "Full English Breakfast" was exorbitant, in the light of the price we paid for the room (£170 per night).
