Problems with the loo

The accommodation is in a quiet location but very close to all amenities. The Courtyard has its own entrance and small outside seating area, which made it very private. The breakfasts were very good, with plenty of choice. We had one or two queries during our stay which were sorted out quite easily by the owners, who were very helpful. Parking was great.

Although it did not impact on our stay, the finish of the room could have been more meticulous, e.g. a picture fell off the wall without warning and was clearly not attached properly. There was an exceptionally good shower, however some of the flooring tiles leading up to it were coming unstuck at the edges. Small things, however could easily be attended to.

Good location. Breakfast good and staff friendly but seemed overworked. Not around much and when you buzzed them it seemed as if you were disturbing them. Freedom to come znd go good

Kettle plug was on the floor which was very dangerous as only a small room. Shower was either scalding or cold. I did not report this as reviews I read during stay seemed that they went unheard. No room service, think we were forgotten.

Unfortunately we didn’t stay for breakfast, but fell sure it was excellent!

Everything was excellent value for the money, although the rooms were on the small side, it was perfect for what we wanted., the only small critisome was that the bottled water in the room, was undrinkable, had a horrid taste, but that aside from that, it was a lovley stay, although, we only stayed for the one night as we had to leave, I would have approached you about having a possible refund for the other night!

La posizione é comodissima ed in un paesino molto carino. Comodo anche il parcheggio. La colazione è il vero plus della struttura: molto buona anche se non molto varia. L’host è gentilissimo e disponibile.

La pulizia può essere rivista. Quando siamo arrivati la stanza era abbastanza pulita (anche se abbiamo trovato dei palloncini un po sgonfi e non nostri nell’armadio) ma il problema vero è stato che non veniva veramente rifatta la stanza. Spesso abbiamo trovato le tazze ancora usate, il letto non tirato e il bagno non sistemato. La struttura in più avrebbe bisogno di qualche sistemazione perché le camere e i mobili sono un po vecchiotti e si vede. Le camere infine tendono ad essere un po’ umide.
