Ngalali Retreat

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec mon amie, sans aucun reproche à faire à cet établissement. Un grand merci à Xander et Lorenza pour leur accueil et la qualité de nos échanges, toujours très agréables. Merci également à Ellie pour les safaris qu’il nous a proposés : ce furent de magnifiques moments, d’autant plus que nous avons eu la chance d’observer 3 des 5 animaux du Big Five. Les repas, aussi bien au petit déjeuner qu’au dîner, étaient excellents. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés et j’espère avoir l’occasion d’y revenir un jour pour le faire découvrir à ma famille et à mes amis.

I liked the location in the reserve very much, the elephants and rhinos coming to the water pool just outside the plot in the evening and also the layout of the place. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I also enjoyed talking to the owners in the evening and the support of their guide to find some lions in Kruger. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Essen sehr gut. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer sehr komfortabel. Guter Gamedrive. Tierwelt nicht so üppig wie im Kruger.

The location, the views, the staff, they feel like family. The fact that you can see leopards, elephants… from your swimming pool. The food which was amazing!

Ngalali Retreat makes you feel home far away from home. It's the people that made this experience unforgettable - whether its Xander & Elly with their uncomparable knowledge about all the animals and plants around the area or Lorenza, Elisa and the whole team around Helen that make you feel taken care of at any time. No wishes remained unfulfilled. You can spot animals directly from the pool or all around the area - e.g. at the water hole. We will definitely come back, as our Hearts felt heavy when we Had to leave this beautiful place.

Ganz tolle, liebevoll geführte Lodge. Sehr nettes und fähiges Personal, sowohl die Küche, als auch das Housekeeping, sowie alle Guides. Danke an Xandet und das ganze Team. Die Lodge liegt wunderbar mitten in einem Private Reserve mit einem Wasserloch direkt vor der Lodge. Viele Tiersichtungen schon direkt um die Lodge, so dass man beim Abendessen auch gerne eine Herde Elefanten beim Wasserloch beobachten kann. Es wird auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen und auch die Touren waren ein tolles Erlebnis.

Dit was met afstand ons beste verblijf in Zuid-Afrika. Het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om de ervaring van de gasten bijzonder te maken. Er worden veel diverse activiteiten/game drives aangeboden, stuk voor stuk perfect georganiseerd. Het ontbijt en diner met de andere gasten, Elly en Xander was iedere dag super gezellig en mega lekker. Doordachte menu's met veel aandacht bereid door Helen. Veel dank aan Xander, Lorenza, Elly en alle andere medewerkers voor een onvergetelijke ervaring.

Echt helemaal niets.

Het personeel en de eigenaar Xander waren super vriendelijk. Een geweldig verblijf op een unieke locatie! We hebben ontzettend genoten van de (vooraf geboekte activiteiten) game drive, boat cruise, bush walk en avond game drive, echt een aanrader!

Ik kan niks bedenken, alles was top!
