The view is very nice and the staff woman who was at the breakfast is very kind and nice, we hardly understand each other as she only spoke Italian.

The air conditioner could not cool the room at all and was terribly noisy. Everything is very old and worn. The cleanliness is not up to par. The parking lot is shared with the two restaurants in the house, and if you come home during their working hours, there is nowhere to park.
