Bardzo czysto. Bardzo wygodny apartament, przestronny, dobrze urządzony. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i wysoka jakość pościeli (porównuję do innych pensjonatów, z których korzystałam). Jedyny mankament to bardzo strome schody na poddasze, gdzie trzeba się wspinać. Mimo, że właścicielka przed tymi schodami ostrzegała - zdjęcia nie oddają ich rzeczywistej niewygody we wchodzeniu do apartamentu. Polecam dla osób sprawnych i bez dzieci.

Lokalizacja to samo centrum Polanicy Zdrój. Obiekt ma już swoje lata, zatem nie można było się spodziewać "fajerwerków". Czysto, wygodne łóżka, skrzypiąca podłoga dodająca uroku całemu miejscu, łazienka ok.

Ogrzewanie nie działało i wieczorem/w nocy było bardzo zimno (trafiłem do Polanicy akurat na okres, gdy temperatura spadła w okolice 4-5 stopni (koniec marca 2026). To jest zdecydowanie do poprawy.
