A lovely home in a nice neighborhood, with incredible views in every direction from the large terrace. Lots of room, with an ample kitchen, comfy sitting room and nice bathroom. The best part is the host family, who are absolutely wonderful, kind and welcoming people, every one of them. After several weeks traveling all around Italy, this is the nicest, most enjoyable place we have stayed. We will be back!

The apartment is big, clean and well equipped. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. We booked this accommodation just as a one-night stop after a full-day sightseeing in Umbria and before continuing to Puglia the next day. Frankly we needed just a place to spend the night and discovered a cosy little gem both in the apartment a the charming small town.

This Villa was perfect for me and my family. The balcony has a perfect view of all the mountains and Tocco da Casauria main town which looks so beautiful at night. Perfect bedrooms with air conditioning in the main location. The host made us feel so welcome that is was very sad to say goodbye. Most beautiful people we had the pleasure to meet. Loved it.
