We booked this hotel as a stop over, we were at the end of a holiday in Piemonte and had a very early 6am flight from Torino. Elizabetta couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. Even though our flight was too early to allow us breakfast and we could not avail of the shuttle bus she organised a taxi to the airport at 4am and left a breakfast for us. Dinner the night before was lovely, here again we were accommodated to an earlier sitting.

Excellent customer service, the host is a very friendly and helpful person. Easy contact via WhatsApp, fluent in English. All information and all details were provided. Also a parking spot was provided in the closed private area. There is an option to book a proper breakfast.
