"Leider ziemlich heruntergekommen!"

Die Lage sehr nahe am See.

Im Bad alle Fugen spackig. Spiegelablage, Handtuchhaken, WC Sitz lose, die Duschantrennung undicht. Im Wasserzulauf der Dusche sind 2! Durchlaufbegrenzer verbaut, sodas das Wasser nur kleckert! ( sehr Kundefreundlich ). Die Ausstattung der Küche ist unterirdisch, zB. nur 2 Mini Kochtöpfe gammelig und ohne Deckel, die Pfanne ekeleregend usw. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer sind muffig und unbequem. Die Möbel auf der Terasse sind uralt und gammelig, Sitzauflagen sind nicht vorhanden. Habe den Vermieter tel. kontaktiert, seine Antwort und einzige Reaktion: Ich wohne zu weit weg und kann mich da nicht drum kümmern. Fazit: Die Lage hat Potential, es ist aber eine grundlegende Sanierung der Wohnung nötig, das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist nicht in Ordnung!
