Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Elektrischen Geräten war gut.

Die Wohnung war schlecht gereinigt. Die Lage war ohne pkw und Fahrrad weit von der Ortsmitte entfernt. Durch die feuchte Witterung und Wald in unmittelbarer Nähe wimmelte es von Stechmücken.
