Die Lage, Ausstattung und die "Betreuung" waren sehr gut. Besonders loben möchten wir die Sauberkeit, es ist selten dass eine Wohnung so sauber ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Leider ist die Schlafcouch zum schlafen nicht mehr geeignet. Sie ist extrem durchgelegen und man konnte nicht gut schlafen. Diese sollte unbedingt ersetzt werden.

Location was great, great area for kids to play out.

Very creaky stairs which in the middle of the night toilet runs caused a bit of a disturbance. Maybe a little petty, but for the price we now pay for accommodation, you’d expect to have beds made and towels provided within the cost of the rent.

Location is 5 min drive to heide park

Our stay was unfortunately not as expected. While the listing described the property as a vacation home, it felt more like a small cottage. The space was quite tight, and there was no real privacy on the terrace or in the garden. There were also several issues regarding the amenities and cleanliness. There was no proper mirror, only a small one in the toilet, which was quite inconvenient. Not all the cups were clean — only the ones at the front were properly washed, while the ones inside were not. The dish sponge was already used, which is unhygienic. Most importantly, the toilet brush urgently needs to be replaced. It was in very poor condition and absolutely not acceptable for a guest-ready home. In terms of equipment, the property lacked several basic essentials: there was no dishwasher, no microwave, and no iron, which are usually expected in a vacation rental. Finally, the photos on the booking platform were misleading. They did not show the actual house that was rented, but appeared to feature the landlord’s own home, which gave us a false impression of the space. Overall, we believe the listing should be more accurate and the property better prepared to meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and privacy.

Appartment was nice.

No soap, no bags for deferent garbage, additional charge for towels, we had to put and take out bed linen ourselves.
