3 semaines avant notre séjour, nous avons signalé que nous ne serions que 6 au lieu de 7, mais le paiement pour 7 personnes avait déjà été encaissé. Nous avons introduit une demande de remboursement partiel, mais nous n'avons pas reçu de réponse de la propriétaire. Pourtant l'information était bien passée, car seuls 6 lits étaient préparés...
